Konsaro is a board portal for boards of directors, executive teams and the board offices that prepare their meetings. It is designed, built and run in Zürich by Software Vision AG.
Why Konsaro
Boards decide a lot. Their tools rarely keep up.
A single board meeting takes weeks of preparation, and most of it still runs on email, shared folders and PDFs assembled by hand.
Papers come from finance, legal and the executive team, change a few times, and end up in a pack that the board office puts together late in the week. By the time the meeting starts, several versions are often in circulation, and not every director is reading the same one.
What happens after the meeting is just as fragile. Decisions sit in minutes that few people reopen, and action points drift until the next agenda brings them back, if it does.
We built Konsaro to close that loop. Every director reads the same current pack, every decision stays linked to the meeting it came from, and every open action is still visible when the next meeting is planned.

Three principles behind every release
One version of the truth
Papers, agenda, votes and minutes live in one place. When a document changes, everyone sees the change, and nobody prepares from an outdated pack.
People decide, AI drafts
Our copilots draft minutes from meeting transcripts and translate between English and German. The board office reviews every result before it is shared, and board material is never used to train AI models.
Swiss data, open answers
Board data is stored in Zürich and encrypted at rest and in transit. Hosting, sub-processors and security controls are documented in our Trust Center, not hidden behind a sales call.

Developed by Software Vision
Konsaro is developed by Software Vision AG, a Swiss software company based in Zürich. We build our own software products: focused SaaS tools that do one job properly and are sold at fair prices.
The same team designs, builds, hosts and supports Konsaro. Questions, feedback and feature requests reach the people who work on the product every day, and we take that feedback seriously when we decide what to build next.
