Fits the stack you already run.

How it connects
Your tools around the meeting. The papers stay in Konsaro.
Konsaro connects to your identity provider, your directory, and your calendar. Invites carry the time and a link, never the pack itself.
01 · Sign in
One company login. No extra password for the board.
Directors and the board office sign in through your identity provider over SAML 2.0. Your MFA applies in Konsaro the same way it applies everywhere else.
- Company single sign-onConnect your SAML 2.0 identity provider.
- Your MFA policyTwo-factor authentication follows the rules your organisation already set.
- Idle sessions endAdministrators can end inactive sessions automatically, for example after 30 minutes.
02 · Provision
The directory decides who has an account.
With SCIM, Konsaro accounts follow your directory. Someone joins the board, and their account is ready. Someone leaves, and their access ends without a ticket to the board office.
- Ready before the first meetingNew members get their account from the directory, not from a form the board office fills in.
- Changes flow throughName, email, and role updates sync, so nobody maintains a second user list.
- Leavers lose accessDeactivate someone in the directory and they can no longer sign in to Konsaro.
03 · Schedule
The meeting is in every calendar, with a link back to Konsaro.
Meeting times sync to each member's calendar. The invite brings a way back into Konsaro, not a PDF.
- Calendar syncBoard and committee meetings appear in the calendar each member already uses.
- Your own call detailsAdd your own video call details to the meeting. A built-in Microsoft Teams join link is coming soon.
- No papers in the inviteThe invite carries the time and a link. The pack stays in Konsaro, behind sign-in.
04 · Review
IT can review it without learning a new stack.
Sign-ins and account changes land in one audit log. Export it for your own reviews, and ask for the security review pack when procurement starts.
- One audit logSign-ins, provisioning, and access changes are recorded in one place.
- Export on demandTake the log to internal audit or into your own archive.
- Security review packControls, subprocessors, and hosting details, ready for your questionnaire.
Who it's for
Less to set up for everyone around the board.
For board members & executives
- Sign in with the login you already use.
- Find the meeting in your calendar.
- Open the pack from the invite, not from an attachment.
For the board office
- Stop keeping a separate list of board users.
- Schedule once. Invites go out from the meeting.
- Leave password resets and access requests to IT.
For IT & security
- Keep identity and MFA in your identity provider.
- Create and remove accounts through SCIM.
- Review sign-ins and account changes in one log.
Across the cycle
One sign-in behind every step of the board cycle.
The same login, directory, and calendar sit behind every part of Konsaro, from the first paper to the minutes.
