What is a board portal?
Software that gives a board one secure place for meeting materials, agenda, decisions, minutes and follow-up, instead of email and PDF attachments.
How much does Konsaro cost?
Basic CHF 49, Team CHF 79 (CHF 63 billed annually) and Pro CHF 109 per user per month. Enterprise is quoted individually. Every plan starts with a demo.
Where is our board data stored?
In Zürich, Switzerland. Application servers run in Germany (EU). Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS).
How do the AI copilots handle confidential material?
They use Claude models by Anthropic through OpenRouter's EU endpoint, with zero data retention. Board material is not used for training, and the board office reviews every draft before it is shared.
Does Konsaro support circular resolutions?
Yes, from the Team plan. Boards can decide by digital circular resolution between meetings.
Does it work with single sign-on?
Yes. SAML 2.0 single sign-on is included in Pro and Enterprise (limited in Team), SCIM provisioning in Enterprise, and two-factor sign-in on every plan.
Which languages are available?
English and German.
Is there an iPad app?
Konsaro runs in any current web browser, with no installation. An iPad app is in beta testing.
